4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have a right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of goods under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the product has been opened or used.

  • Products returned must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

  • Equiliser is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Equiliser products are intended as supplements; they are not a substitute for veterinary care.

  • Equiliser is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by use of products.

  • Nothing in these T&Cs limits your statutory rights under UK law.
